Sire: PG Tiger
Dam: Auntie Anne
Cats: Safe

Grant just retired to AFG after 101 races . Grant is proof that shy dogs can race too.  Although Grant was comfortable at the track he is very shy now that he has entered the life of retirement and is still trying to figure out that the world away from the track isn’t so scary.  Grant will need a very patient family to help him come out of his shell.  Having another dog(s) in the home would most like also help him during this transition.

Grant is very shy when you first meet him, but once you give him some time to adjust he becomes a completely different dog. He is very affectionate and wants nothing more than to spend all his time with you. He is starting to play more with his toys, especially if there are treats hidden in the toy. Going for a walk is probably one of his favorite things and he is happiest when he is out exploring with his favorite people. Grant loves other dogs and having another dog in the house would be very beneficial to help him adjust, although strange loose dogs running up to him on walks causes stress on him. Due to his shy nature he would do better in a house with older children. With some time and patience Grant will make a great dog.
